We’ll chat about the scents you’re typically drawn to or what you’re curious to explore; what scents have you loved in the past? Are you looking to switch things up, or are you new to the world of perfume? And don’t worry—whether you’re a perfume novice or a seasoned aficionado, we’re here to help you navigate the world of fragrances. Our helpful visual fragrance wheel, which makes it easy to pinpoint your scent interests—your “scenterest,” if you will.
At Bellini’s, we believe in creating a relaxed and luxurious experience. We’ll take care of holding the bottles and doing the spritzing for you, allowing you to simply enjoy the experience. This also helps prevent your nose from becoming overwhelmed too quickly, so you can truly savor each scent.
Once we have a sense of your fragrance personality, one of our fragrance experts will guide you through the selection process. This isn’t just about picking up bottles and sniffing caps; we do the spritzing for you, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the experience. By letting us handle the bottles, you’ll also avoid overwhelming your senses too quickly.
A Personalized Experience
Before we dive into sampling, we’ll discuss your budget. Falling in love with a scent outside your price range can be heartbreaking, so we offer a wide range of options, from $50 to $400+. Rest assured, no matter your budget, you can find a stunning fragrance at Bellini’s.
We’ll begin your journey by spritzing a few perfumes that caught your eye or brought you in—whether it’s a popular fragrance you’ve seen on TikTok or something that’s suddenly piqued your interest. Then, we’ll suggest additional scents based on your preferences. This is where the fun truly begins! You might discover that you don’t love what you thought you would, or you might be pleasantly surprised by something new. It’s all part of the process. With the guidance of our knowledgeable staff, we’ll help you narrow down your choices to three to five fragrances.
The Final Step: Putting It To the Test
Once you’ve narrowed it down, even more, to your top one or two favorites, we’ll spritz them on your skin—sometimes even three if you’re really just in love with them all— lucky you! This step is vital because how a scent interacts with your skin can make all the difference.
Sometimes, you’ll know immediately that you’ve found your scent. Other times, it takes a little longer. We encourage you to take a stroll around our shop, check out our skincare products, or even get a facial. You might even want to step outside, grab a coffee, or have lunch while the fragrance settles on your skin. This way, you can experience how it evolves in real life.
When you’ve found the one, we’ll package it up beautifully for you. And because we want you to feel confident in your choice, we’ll include a sample of your selected scent to use before opening the full bottle. If, for any reason, the fragrance doesn’t feel right after a few wears, you can exchange it for another—what we like to call fragrance insurance. While we don’t offer refunds or returns on opened fragrances, any unused portion can be applied as store credit towards your next fragrance find.
